For the past three years the Millers have been serving in Mendoza, Argentina with a dynamic local church of 600 members. After serving for 13 years with Campus Crusade for Christ in Argentina ministering to college students and directors of the Great Commission Training Center they transitioned to La Iglesia de Los Libres. Here Bill serves as pastor of Evangelism, Discipleship and Missions. We are excited to be part of a local church that has a kingdom mentality and a global vision.
The Millers have been missionaries for 24 years. After receiving their degrees from Illinois State they started serving through Community Health Evangelism in Uganda with a desire to see spiritual transformation take place. During this time they became convinced of the importance of the role of the local church in this transformation process. Thus, Bill went to the International School of Theology to obtain a degree in pastoral studies. During seminary we took a short-term mission trip to Argentina and then moved here and have called it home for the past 16 years.
Debbie and Bill have a heart for discipleship helping young people mature in their faith. Much of their ministry outreach now takes place in a poor neighborhood, where drugs, crime, violence and prostitution are rampant.
