Global Service Network is a member of the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA) which serves as a monitoring agency to ensure that non-profit Christian ministries maintain the highest ethical standards. Voluntary ECFA membership requires full financial disclosure and the exercise of sound fundraising practices.
Charlie Sims has been working with college students in Louisville for 6 years in a number of different capacities. Deep ties at the University of Louisville with the administration, Campus Crusade for Christ and the Fellowship of Christian Athletes have given Charlie the privilege of developing a strategy for a true partnership between the local church and the para-church.
He is working as the campus minister and church liaison for Fellowship Church of Louisville and is responsible for reaching the students in the Louisville area with the good news of Jesus. He is also responsible for building and maintaining the relationship between the para-church campus ministries and Fellowship Church.
We believe that college students have enough college buddies and what they are lacking are relationships with believers outside of their current stage of life. Our efforts in this partnership are to provide those relationships and opportunities for the students and families of the church to benefit from each other rather than continuing as segregated groups. We don’t have a college ministry; our students get that with Campus Crusade or FCA. We want to offer them something that they’re not already getting.
All contributions to Global Service Network are income tax deductible and are made with the understanding that Global Service Network has complete discretion and control over the use of all donated funds.
