Tom and Dena Yohe - Hope for Hurting Parents - Orlando

Out of our own painful journey, God has led us to develop a ministry to hurting parents/grandparents whose pain is caused by destructive decisions their teen to adult children are making.

Parents especially hit hard are those involved in full time Christian service.  They are not immune to children rebelling and all the emotions and heartache it brings.  The ministry includes reaching out to non-believing parents with the good news of the gospel of Christ as the most significant step in their journey to personal peace and hope.

We lead a support group for parents whose teens or adult children are making destructive decisions causing pain to the child, parents and families.  We also speak at churches and conduct seminars regarding ministering to hurting parents and starting support groups in their own church or community.

Dena is also affiliate staff with Campus Crusade serving under the president's wife, Judy Douglass, as the coordinator of Prayer for Prodigals.
